Cayman International School (CIS) is a private, college preparatory, non-sectarian, co-educational school for students from two years old through Grade 12. It was established to provide an American International educational program for the dependents of the multi-national professionals living in Cayman. The school buildings were provided through the generosity of the William and Claire Dart Foundation.
Cayman International School has the largest K-12 solar powered campus in all of the Caribbean.

The CDG complex distributes most of the fine wine and liquor to the entire Cayman Islands. The campus includes a bonded warehouse with shipping/receiving docks, a walk in retailer outlet, a state of the art wine storage for discerning clients. MicroPower Battery – Project Size: 33kW

For over 24 years Micropower Battery Company has distributed SONY and Toshiba batteries into Latin America and hearing aid batteries into the U.S. audiologist market. Micropower is one of the largest battery suppliers in the Americas and its e-commerce site, Microbattery.com, is a dominating force in the US e-tail market.
Operating as an environmentally-friendly business was an important factor for owner Elliott Alexander when choosing to install solar on the rooftop of his company. “Micropower/Microbattery.com desires to do our part to reduce our carbon footprint,” said Elliot “and we can take advantage of the Florida sunshine to reduce energy use off the grid.”

Camana Bay Cinema – Project Size: 135kW

Active Capital is one of the largest REIT’s in the Cayman Islands, managing over 1 million square feet of retail outlets and hundreds of tenants. The Cinema installation was the first motion picture cinema of its kind. It also serves as the central activity center for all movie goers, as well as for Sunday church service, large lectures, and town events. It is the largest rooftop PV system in Camana Bay.
Camana Bay Cinema is the largest and highest producing system in the Cayman Islands because of its unique design intended to capture sunlight for up to 10 hours a day. System has proven to make over $100,000 per year in energy revenue.

Dart Realty International Headquarters – Project Size: 77kW

Known for its thoughtful design approach, Dart Real Estate is an investment, development and management company with more than one million square feet of built assets within a diverse portfolio. This includes the master-planned, mixed-use development of Camana Bay, the residential neighborhood of Salt Creek and the new Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa on Seven Mile Beach. Other projects include the North Sound Golf Club, Cayman Islands Yacht Club and Regatta Office Park.
